The University of Bristol supports Student Enterprise through curricular programmes and extra-curricular activities including the Basecamp Start-up Support Service (peer-run advice, seed-funding, space, and events), the New Enterprise Competition (our annual £35,000 business plan competition), and no fewer than five student groups (Basecamp, Bristol SIFE, Bristol Entrepreneurs, Bristol Social Enterprise, and InHouse Media our student-run film company).
We also run intensive start-up programmes like Spark for undergraduates and a series of tailored events for postgraduate students which introduce innovation, intrapreneurship, entrepreneurship, provide start-up and spin-out advice, and also help develop the innovation leaders of the future.

The University of Bristol is a leading research-intensive university and enterprise education plays a role across the whole university and is led by the Research & Enterprise Development division.
