Newcastle University

At Newcastle University we aim to empower our students to be creative, innovative, enterprising and global in their outlook. We regard student knowledge exchange and entrepreneurship as important ways to enrich the economy, culture and society. With support from our core graduate competency framework, our Careers Service advocates and advances the enterprising skill, ambition and achievement of all Newcastle University students and graduates through education, extra-curricular activity and our START UP offer.

Developing innovation, creativity and enterprise

Working alongside academics and colleagues within the Careers Service to engage over 2000 students each year, the enterprise and entrepreneurship skills of Newcastle University’s students can be developed for academic credit as part of their degree programme, our cross-faculty modules, or through co- and extra-curricular events across all faculties, schools and sectors.
