International Entrepreneurship Educators Conference 2009:
Advancing Enterprise Education
2–4 September, Edinburgh Conference Centre, Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh
CALL FOR SESSIONS/PAPERS/POSTERS

This year the theme of the International Entrepreneurship Educators Conference is Advancing Enterprise Education. To address this, four strands have been identified:

  • Raising awareness
  • Enterprise in context: teaching methods
  • Policy and strategy
  • Pathways

Your proposed session, workshop or paper should fit within these strands and we would ask you to identify the strand you feel your contribution falls in. If you are unable to do this, then the conference committee will allocate your contribution to an appropriate strand. If this is not possible, then your contribution may still be accepted.

We are planning that the majority of contributions will be interactive. If you are proposing a session we would like the presentation to be no longer than 20 minutes, followed by 40 minutes interactivity with the audience.

You are asked to download the submission document below, and return the submission to us via email to conference-planning@enterprise.ac.uk. You should receive an email confirming receipt of your submission within one working week. If you do not receive this or would like further details, please contact the conference team at the above address or by phone on +44(0) 114 233 3854. Lead presenters will be informed by end of June if their contribution has been accepted.

The submission deadline is midnight on 31 May 2009.

Please note, all presenters must attend the conference as paying delegates and will be eligible for a discount on their booking, once their proposal has been accepted.
