Job Title: Lecturer in Enterprise/Entrepreneurship Education (0.5 FTE)

Salary: £39,609 – £44,559 per annum pro rata
Tenure: Fixed term until 30th September 2021
(A secondment for existing Cardiff Met staff may be considered)
Hours: 18.5 hours per week

This job description is indicative, not prescriptive, and the balance of duties will be in accordance with the contract of employment.
This is an academic post, working collaboratively with The Centre for Entrepreneurship and academic staff to lead and develop the provision of high- quality enterprise and entrepreneurship education across the University.
This is a key post that will contribute to the ambitions of the University’s Strategic Plan 2017/18 – 2022/23, in particular the achievement of success in inspiring and supporting graduate start-up rates and delivery of the Cardiff Met EDGE. This role is funded by the Welsh Government and as such contributes to the wider role of the University in supporting the Welsh Government’s Economic Action Plan.
The post holder will work across the University to champion and support the delivery of enterprise/entrepreneurship education, developing learning
materials and co-delivering enterprise/entrepreneurship modules. The role will also require the post holder to identify and act on requirements for CPD provision, which will increase the capacity for academic staff across all schools to deliver enterprise/entrepreneurship education.
