Enterprise Exchange Event Proposal Form (Second Stage)

Please state if you are proposing an in-person, hybrid or online only event.
Please provide date preferences from 1 January to 31 July or specific dates if applicable.
Please provide a short summary of the event, indicating how the audience will be engaged with activities during the event.
Please provide details about any breakout activities, including their purpose and what attendees will be doing.
We prioritise events that are hybrid on online so that they are accessible to as many people as possible. If you are proposing an online or hybrid event, please provide information about how all, or at least the majority of the day will be made available to delegates online.
Please list speakers/facilitators or include ideas for how these might be sourced
Please provide information about how you, or your organisation, will support the planning and running of the event, based on previous experience:
Please outline the benefits and key learning points that delegates will obtain from participating.
Please indicate whether there are other organisations interested in partnering with you on this event:
For in-person events up to £1,000 is available to contribute to direct costs such as catering costs. We realise that costs may vary depending on the number of delegates so please provide a breakdown of estimated costs to be covered by EEUK, based on 40 delegates attending. Please include VAT.
Please indicate how you will at least match the EEUK contribution through staff time, event administration and other in-kind contributions.
