This one-day hybrid event is a collaborative effort between Leeds Trinity University and Aston University, bringing together academics, practitioners, diversity champions, and female entrepreneurs to explore and co-create solutions for building inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems. With a focus on women, the event will address key challenges such as under representation, access to funding, and fostering supportive networks.
The program features keynote talks, interactive workshops, and panel discussions, drawing on the combined expertise of both universities. Highlights include insights from successful female-focused initiatives, such as founders’ programs and pitching competitions, and actionable strategies for embedding inclusivity in entrepreneurship education. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, share best practices, and co-create solutions that promote diversity and equity in enterprise.
This joint event aims to equip attendees with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and a collaborative network to support women entrepreneurs and create lasting impact across education and practice.
