What is an Enterprise Education Influencer?
The role of and Enterprise Educator and Academic within EEUK has some clarity, but for ‘Influencers’ (and we’re not talking selfie taking TikTokers – unless you’re Katrina), your input into the world of enterprise education can often be unclear and overlooked, indeed, many influencers may be unaware of the work they do to encourage and support enterprise education – and this can negatively impact how both influencer and entrepreneurs are supported.
This workshop style session is designed to support our work, develop a framework of understanding about what an influencer is, and how academics and educators can help to raise awareness among influencers to support how they influence their contacts. The session will encourage delegates to outline different people and their job roles, along with what influencing looks like to create a supporting document to help guide EEUK members. The session will also gather insight to share with EEUK.
This session is for anyone who would like to support the development of a network of ‘influencers’ and better understand how we can promote enterprise education. The benefits for attendees is the clarity of direction for enterprise influencers, and a toolkit to support communication.
