Enterprise Experience Design

12th and 13th Jan 2026 | In-Person Training | Nexus @ University of Leeds

Design enterprise education that works.

Enterprise education doesn’t just happen — it’s crafted. Enterprise Experience Design is a two-day, in-person training programme that will equip you with the skills, strategies, and confidence to design impactful enterprise learning journeys. Whether you deliver credit-bearing modules, workshops, events, or co-curricular opportunities, this course will show you how to blend theory and practice to design engaging, inclusive, and effective experiences.

Led by experienced EEUK Trainers this programme draws on the EEUK’s recommended approaches plus the EntreComp framework to give participants practical tools they can use immediately.

Who is it for?

This programme is designed for higher education professionals and enterprise educators — whether based in academic, support, or co-curricular roles — who want to design effective experiences that build entrepreneurial mindsets and competencies.

What will you learn?

Participants will:

  • Explore how to embed the EEUK’s recommended approaches in your teaching or programme design
  • Understand how to align learning outcomes, activity design, and assessment
  • Apply experiential and inclusive learning strategies (e.g. real-world projects, digital tools, problem-based learning)
  • Design and evaluate effective assessments for enterprise learning
  • Reflect on your role as an enterprise educator and take away an actionable plan

Throughout the programme, you will use EEUK’s own course structure as a live case study — allowing you to learn by doing, reflect as both student and staff, and leave with tangible outputs.

Format & Follow-Up

  • In-person delivery over two full days (12th & 13th Jan 2026, Nexus, Leeds)
  • Includes pre-work tasks to help you frame your current challenges and goals
  • Supported by curated follow-up materials, frameworks, and toolkits (including ETCToolkit and EEUK Fellowship guidance)

Why now?

Enterprise and entrepreneurship education is evolving fast. This course will give you the knowledge, language, and tools to design programmes that are future-facing, inclusive, and impactful — whether you’re new to enterprise education or want to refine your existing offer.
