Train the Trainers (TTT): Designing Enterprise Education Inclusive of Introverts
Fully Online | April 2026 (Three 90-minute weekly sessions at 2:00 PM on 22nd Apr, 29th Apr, 6th May) | Interactive Live Sessions
Delivered in partnership with Creo Inclubator
Enterprise education often prioritises confident, outward-facing behaviour, unintentionally sidelining introverted learners, who may have strong ideas and analytical depth. Train the Trainers: Designing Enterprise Education Inclusive of Introverts is a practical, interactive workshop designed to equip educators with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to create inclusive learning environments that engage all personality types.
This workshop supports EEUK Associate Members, programme designers, and educators across faculties, careers services, or enterprise hubs to reflect on their teaching approach, audit existing programmes, and redesign sessions that empower introverted learners. Through structured learning, practical exercises, and guided application, participants will gain confidence in adapting enterprise education to diverse personality preferences while maintaining high engagement and impact.
Delivered by Dr Martine Abboud, Director & Founder of Creo Incubator, this workshop draws on proven inclusive design principles, CREO’s Concept–Application–Reflection (CAR) methodology, and extensive sector experience. Participants will explore personality differences, leverage introverted strengths, design introvert-friendly activities, and audit programmes for inclusivity.
Who is it for?
Ideal for university staff and programme designers involved in enterprise, entrepreneurship, employability, or innovation education who want to create more inclusive, practice-led learning experiences.
What will you learn?
- Understand introversion and its impact on learning and participation
- Identify and leverage the strengths of an introverted learner
- Apply introvert-friendly design principles in programme and session planning
- Audit and adapt existing programmes to be more inclusive
Why this course, now?
As enterprise education grows in visibility and impact, ensuring inclusion for all personality types strengthens student engagement, broadens participation in entrepreneurial pathways, and demonstrates best practices to institutional and external stakeholders. This workshop empowers educators to unlock the “hidden” entrepreneurial potential of introverted learners.
Optional Add-On: 1:1 Programme Audit DONE WITH YOU (1 Hour)
Participants may book an optional 1-hour personalised DONE WITH YOU audit session (£100), scheduled at a time that works for you, taking place during the week commencing 11 May.
This guided 1:1 session uses the CREO Audit Tool to review either an existing programme and/or the design of a future one, applying introversion-inclusive design principles.
During the session, participants will:
- Be introduced to the CREO Audit Tool and how it is applied
- Audit one of your own programmes or events, focusing on low-effort, high-impact refinements (evolution rather than revolution)
- Explore how to design new programmes using the same framework
- Learn how to adapt the tool for use within their own institution
The session is practical, reflective, and action-oriented, leaving participants with clear, immediately applicable insights.
