Make the most of your time and join us for an inspiring and informal entrepreneurial ecosystem tour, a social evening that gives you exclusive access to some of the most exciting spaces, stories, and people driving innovation in the city of Manchester.
From university innovation hubs to independent accelerators, this tour offers a unique glimpse into the collaborative and creative heart of Manchester.
Itinerary Highlights
4:00 PM – Manchester Met Campus (Dalton Building)
Kick off with refreshments and an exciting showcase of innovations from across Manchester Met.
4:45 PM – Sister (University of Manchester showcase)
Explore cutting-edge work from Unit M, the Masood Enterprise Centre, and the GEIC. Hear from innovators shaping the future of enterprise and collaboration.
5:15 PM – Walk to GEIC (weather dependent)
Dive deeper into GEIC’s pioneering work with advanced materials and sustainable tech.
5:30 PM – The Yard & The Yard Atelier
Led by Chris Massey, explore this unique maker and fashion space. Meet MMU fashion graduates and discover how creativity meets enterprise in Manchester.
6:30 PM – Generator, Royal Mills
Gaelle Ayamou gives us a guided tour of Generator and shares how local government and the council are backing grassroots innovation and enterprise growth.
7:15 PM – Food & Networking @ Bundobust (near Circle Square/Oxford Road)
Wrap up the evening with delicious food, a drink, and plenty of informal networking.

Angel Meadows – Site of slum clearance in 1930s, a result of rapid industrialisation
Former site of Factory Records Offices –birthplace of the legendary Manchester music scene
