10am – Welcome and introductions
10.15 – Marek Tokarski, Senior Enterprise Manager, Durham University – Marek will talk about Durham’s journey to date in their mission to support and launch high potential startups
11am – Natasha Boulding, Co-Founder and CEO of Low Carbon Materials – Natasha will provide an entrepreneurs perspective of launching an innovate, purpose-driven startup emerging from a University startup programme
12pm – Lunch break
12.45pm – Rachel Bickerdike, Enterprise Manager, will lead a group discussion on inspiring students to engage in growth-orientated entrepreneurship
1.30pm – Victoria Nicholl, Head of Incubation Services at Imperial College London, will talk about Imperial’s success in supporting high-growth startups through their Venture Mentoring Service
2.30pm- Break
2.45pm – Agata Zborowska, COO of Conception X, will share her insights in engaging and developing PhD students with early-stage deep tech ventures.
3.45pm – Closing remarks
4pm- Finish
