CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations notified to the organisers up to 1^st August 2025 will be subject to a £25 cancellation charge. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations made after 1^stAugust 2025. However, delegate places may be transferred to another named person at no additional cost if we are informed of the change by email. If you do not participate in the conference, you will still be liable for the full cost. EEUK reserves the right to modify or cancel the event if unforeseen circumstances arise.
