The T. K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts is a multi-stage multidisciplinary educational institution, a recognized training center for creative intelligentsia, whose graduates make up the golden fund of world and national culture and art.

The Academy has 6 faculties:

–    Theatrical art

–    Choreography

–    Musical art

–    Painting, sculpture and design

–    Art history

–    Movies and TV

As well as 4 general academic departments:

–    Art management and production

–    Foreign languages and the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan

–    History of Kazakhstan and social sciences

–    Computer technology

The Academy trains bachelors in 18 educational programs, masters in 17 programs and doctoral studies in 7 programs.
