An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Oxford Brookes University’s student and graduate start-up team, and to play a key role in the development of a range of new enterprise and entrepreneurship programmes and opportunities. The Business Start-Up Manager will be responsible for a growing team of business advisors and support staff, the overall management and development of our student/graduate incubator, and to ensure that enterprising students and recent graduates have access to a range of support opportunities.

Joining the recently created Directorate of Research, Innovation & Enterprise, and with the university’s commitment to enterprise embedded across its 2035 strategic plan, this is a great time to be joining a dynamic university, and helping to shape the future of our start-up support provision.

You will be based at the Oxford Brookes Enterprise Centre at its Headington Campus, and will have existing experience of student/graduate pre-start/start-up support and incubation management, within a Higher Education setting.
