Student Enterprise Administrator

This post sits within the Business Engagement Directorate and more precisely, the Westminster Enterprise Network (WeNetwork) team which is the student enterprise team of the university. The purpose of WeNetwork is to provide opportunities to students and graduates to engage in enterprise activities to broaden their employability prospects and support the creation of innovative projects, start-ups and freelance activities. WeNetwork collaborates with and is supported by a number of external partners in order to provide an enriching environment to learn from.
The Student Enterprise Administrator will provide administrative and operational support for the WeNetwork team.  The postholder will work closely with the Student & Graduate Engagement Officer in planning and delivering a range of activities with the clear objective to significantly scale the number of students and graduate we engage with. The post-holder will be responsible for coordinating event logistics, maintaining databases, keeping records of and processing payments, liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and working collaboratively to reach the team’s goals.
The postholder will be based primarily at our central London offices, however, travel and work across all sites including our Harrow campus is required. Currently the team is working in a hybrid capacity.
The successful candidate will have experience handling general office duties and delivering a high standard of care. They will be able to demonstrate their excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including prioritising their workload effectively and having excellent attention to detail.
Experience working within employability, enterprise or student related activities is desirable.
