The Enterprise Adviser is a new post within the Careers and Employability Service created to support the development and delivery of university-wide student and graduate enterprise activity.

The role requires an up-to-date understanding of business start-up and entrepreneurship, the ability to communicate with a wider range of stakeholders including students, academics and external bodies and strong data, IT and administrative skills.

The role will ideally be based at Carlisle or Lancaster and will have university-wide responsibility.

Hybrid working arrangements can be supported for this role in line with business need.
