Working closely with a wide range of local and national industries, the themes of enterprise and entrepreneurship are core to the values and mission of the Cardiff School of Management. CSM’s Enterprise Centre is home to a range of research and practice-based programmes which provide expertise in the areas of leadership and management development, international competitiveness, entrepreneurship, innovation, small business management and regional economic development.

CSM is home to a student-led enterprise club and runs many Welsh Government and EU funded projects focussed on developing enterprise and employability skills for our students. CSM is also committed to offering a portfolio of undergraduate and Masters qualifications which have embedded enterprise and creativity as key themes.
