Leeds Conservatoire

Entrepreneurship and enterprise is at the heart of our education at Leeds Conservatoire, ensuring our students leave us with adaptable skills and aspirational spirits. Innovation is a necessity in the creative industries, and we empower our students to be the change they want to see.

Our Employability and Enterprise Team provide a range of interventions, paid support schemes and resources to develop student projects, and engage with relevant networks and industry. Our specialist team helps students appreciate the value in their work, exploit their skills and build their businesses from the ground up.

Our Leeds Conservatoire Agency procures over £40K worth of paid professional work for both student and graduate performers, and showcase opportunities at local and national venues and festivals throughout the year.

We provide substantial investment across our support schemes including subsidised access to marketing materials, start up and proof of concept funding and artist development. 1:1 mentoring and Coaching is available to all years and pathways, and all support is tailored and flexible to ensure accessibility and suitability.
