Royal Holloway, University of London

Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL) supports enterprise and entrepreneurship education in various ways.

MSc Entrepreneurship & Innovation / Entrepreneurship & Innovation with a Year in Business

Students will look, for instance, at venture creation, entrepreneurial marketing, social entrepreneurship, and family business management. Analytical skills in entrepreneurial opportunity seeking and implementation are developed using real world examples drawn from a broad international perspective and using a variety of teaching approaches. There is also the option to spend a year in business to integrate theory and practice and gain real business experience.

Management with Entrepreneurship BSc

Students will learn about the key theoretical frameworks that underlie entrepreneurship and understand key concepts such as how businesses are started, how resources are acquired and how business growth is managed.

Enterprise Hub

The Royal Holloway Enterprise Hub is a one-stop platform for would-be, early and established student and graduate entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and all those interested in innovation. It runs interactive workshops and seed-funding competitions (supported by Santander Universities), hosts talks of successful entrepreneurs, and provides 1-2-1 support to entrepreneurially-minded students and recent graduates. The Enterprise Hub also offers educational opportunities to students unable to participate in entrepreneurship education within their core curriculum.

Start-Up Visa

Royal Holloway can endorse a set number of our students, graduates and their business partners to be eligible for the start-up visa of the UK, following a competitive process.
