Enterprise Educators UK (EEUK) is inviting applications from experienced enterprise and entrepreneurship educators, practitioners and leaders to become Assessors for the updated EEUK Fellowship award.
Relaunching in 2026, the EEUK Fellowship introduces an updated framework recognising professional practice across three pathways – Academic, Practitioner and Influencer – and four Fellowship levels, from Associate Fellow through to Principal Fellow.
To support this exciting development, we are recruiting a diverse community of Assessors who will play a central role in maintaining the quality, consistency and credibility of the Fellowship.
We are keen to hear from individuals working across the full breadth of enterprise and entrepreneurship education and support. Whether your experience lies in teaching, curriculum development, business support, incubation, knowledge exchange, institutional leadership, policy, consultancy or ecosystem development, we would welcome your application.

EEUK Fellowship Assessor – Role Description
Enterprise Educators UK (EEUK) is seeking experienced enterprise and entrepreneurship educators, practitioners and leaders to join our new Fellowship Assessor community.
EEUK Fellowship is the UK’s professional recognition framework for enterprise and entrepreneurship education. As an Assessor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Fellowship remains a credible, rigorous and developmental professional recognition scheme.
The Role
Assessors independently review Fellowship applications against the published assessment criteria and Fellowship level descriptors. Working within EEUK’s moderation and quality assurance processes, Assessors apply informed professional judgement to evaluate applications fairly, consistently and proportionately.
Assessors are expected to:
· evaluate Fellowship applications against the published standards and assessment criteria
· provide balanced, constructive and developmental written feedback
· participate in moderation and calibration activities to ensure consistency across the Fellowship
· uphold the principles of confidentiality, integrity and fairness
· contribute to the ongoing credibility and development of the EEUK Fellowship.
Who we are looking for
We welcome applications from individuals with experience across any aspect of enterprise and entrepreneurship education, including those working in:
· Higher Education
· Further Education
· Business support and incubation
· Knowledge exchange and commercialisation
· Entrepreneurship support organisations
· Policy, strategy and institutional leadership
· Independent consultancy and professional practice
We are particularly keen to recruit Assessors representing all three Fellowship pathways (Academic, Practitioner and Influencer) and across all Fellowship levels.
Experience of assessment, quality assurance, accreditation, professional recognition schemes or providing developmental feedback would be advantageous, although comprehensive assessor training will be provided.

All Assessors receive training in the Fellowship standards, assessment processes, moderation and equality, diversity and inclusion before undertaking assessments.
Time Commitment
Assessors are appointed for an initial three-year term.
Applications are assessed throughout the year on a rolling basis. Assessors are remunerated for each application they assess and are expected to participate in periodic calibration activities and assessor forums to maintain consistency across the Fellowship.
The number of assessments to be carried out will vary depending on the number submitted, and we are unable to guarantee a level of work. It is anticipated that an assessor would carry out no more than 3 to 5 assessments within a 12-month period.
