Please join us for the new Entrepreneurial Coaching SIG’s first meeting. Anyone with an interest in coaching is welcome, whether you have been coaching for years or are brand new to the field. We hope to gather a diverse range of experiences to begin exploring this under-researched practice.

The session will begin with a brief introduction to the SIG, followed by a session led by Dr Helen Smith of Enhancing Leadership. Helen’s work with Dr Matt Draycott has produced a framework for coaching entrepreneurs, presented to EEUK members in November 2025. This follow-up session will explore the seven areas of coaching in more detail, with examples of practical application and prompts to consider how these should adapt to different contexts.

Following this, the SIG committee members will lead a discussion to capture areas of interest, ideas, and names of anyone who wants to be more involved. This is an opportunity to shape the SIG’s future agenda and agree on next steps before our in-person meeting at IEEC (4 September 2026).
