Join colleagues from across higher education for an interactive Enterprise Exchange event exploring how partner-enabled learning can be used to embed industry partnerships within enterprise and entrepreneurship education.
The event will showcase practical approaches to designing and delivering curricula that engage students with startups, businesses, social enterprises and other external organisations through live projects and authentic learning. Drawing on examples from practice, delegates will explore curriculum design, industry engagement, assessment, and the opportunities and challenges of working with external partners.

| 09:30–10:00 | Arrival, registration and refreshments | Registration, name badges, refreshments and informal networking. Room set up for table-based discussion. |
| 10:00–10:15 | Welcome and setting the scene | Welcome from EEUK and local hosts, followed by an overview of the day, event aims and expected outputs. |
| 10:15–11:00 | Workshop 1: Why partner-enabled and work-integrated learning matters | Short stimulus inputs followed by table discussion. Delegates identify priorities, challenges and questions around definitions, institutional context, assessment, partner value and reciprocity. |
| 11:00–11:10 | Refreshment break | Short pause before the practical examples. |
| 11:10–12:10 | Rotating case studies: models in practice | Delegates rotate around selected case-study tables. Each example will outline the model, its distinctive feature, what delegates can learn and one unresolved challenge. |
| 12:10–13:00 | Panel discussion: academic, partner and student/alumni perspectives | Chair-led panel exploring what makes live projects meaningful and sustainable, including partner needs, student experience, client communication, uncertainty and reciprocal value. |
| 13:00–14:00 | Lunch and networking | Informal networking, with optional prompts around partner value, assessment, impact and scaling. |
| 14:00–14:50 | Workshop 2: Designing sustainable and reciprocal partner-enabled learning | Facilitated workshop on partner recruitment and briefing, co-creation, assessment, pedagogy, scaling, risk, reciprocity and impact. |
| 14:50–15:00 | Refreshment break | Short pause before final synthesis. |
| 15:00–15:30 | Lessons, outputs and next steps | Whole-room synthesis returning to the questions raised earlier and agreeing follow-up outputs, such as a Padlet, resource pack, blog or summary of principles. |

Through presentations, discussion and collaborative workshop activities, academics, professional services colleagues, students and industry stakeholders will share different approaches and experiences. Together, participants will identify effective practice and contribute to a shared resource capturing practical ideas and approaches that can be adapted within their own institutions.
