Entrepreneurial coaching is rapidly gaining recognition as a powerful tool for developing the mindsets, skills, and resilience that drive venture creation and growth. Yet, despite its growing popularity, much of the field remains under-defined and under-researched. What makes entrepreneurial coaching distinct from other forms of coaching? How can educators, support providers, and researchers ensure their practice is evidence-based, inclusive, and context-specific?
In this 45-minute webinar, Dr Matthew Draycott and Dr Helen Smith will introduce their new, research-informed framework for entrepreneurial coaching drawn from an extensive systematic literature review. The session explores seven core themes shaping the field, from relational trust and adaptive coaching to inclusivity, innovation, resilience, and strategic goal setting, and brings them together into a practical, evidence-based model for coaching design and delivery.
Designed to be interactive and reflective, the webinar invites participants to consider how they can apply evidence-based coaching principles in their own contexts. By bridging research and practice, it provides a clear pathway for developing more effective, inclusive, and sustainable entrepreneurial coaching interventions.
