Shape the future of professional development in enterprise education
Enterprise education is evolving rapidly. Educators and practitioners are responding to changing learner needs, new technologies, increasing expectations of inclusion and impact, and a growing need to demonstrate the value of their work.
Enterprise Educators UK is looking for an experienced and influential professional to help shape how the sector responds.
As our Head of Training and Professional Development, you will lead the strategic development of EEUK’s training, Fellowship and professional recognition portfolio. You will have the opportunity to strengthen existing provision, develop new approaches and ensure that our programmes remain credible, inclusive, evidence-informed and relevant to the people and organisations we serve.
This is a senior fractional role for someone who combines strategic insight with a strong understanding of professional learning in practice. You will influence the direction of EEUK’s offer while remaining selectively involved in programme design, content development and delivery.
You will work with EEUK colleagues, members, Fellows, associates and sector partners to build a professional development portfolio that supports excellent practice, creates meaningful progression and strengthens enterprise and entrepreneurship education across the UK and beyond.
The role is equivalent to approximately 0.4 FTE, with working hours and patterns agreed flexibly. Remuneration will be between £18,000 and £24,000, depending on the agreed scope, time commitment and FTE equivalence, with the opportunity for a performance-related commission arrangement.
Full details of the role, responsibilities and person profile are available in the job description.
