Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal at EEUK member Salford Business School to see student enterprise in action.

On Wednesday 10 May, Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal joined student entrepreneurs at the Young Enterprise UK Start-Up Final, hosted by EEUK member University of Salford Business School.

During her visit, The Princess Royal spent time with students from Salford and across the UK, including the University of Salford Business School’s Young Enterprise UK Start-Up finalists, Thalia Guest, Oliver Scragg and Samuel Ball, the Founders of Making Sense, which provides sensory toys for adults with disabilities.

The Princess Royal also met industry partners, including Dr Emily Beaumont, EEUK President, who commented, “It was an absolute honour to meet Her Royal Highness and have an opportunity to speak with her about the fantastic work of our EEUK members Salford University, but also discuss how EEUK now supports and enables enterprise and entrepreneurship educators across the world”.
