UCL and 16 others: London Venture Crawl 2021 goes virtual

London Venture Crawl went online for the first time this year, taking students on an inspiring entrepreneurial journey from the comfort of their own homes. A collaboration between UCL and 16 other universities, London Venture Crawl gets students ‘up close and personal’ with some of the capital’s most inspiring companies, people and places. Durham: New facilities to nurture student entrepreneurship

Durham University is proud of the entrepreneurial spirit that shines so brightly across their student community. So much so that they will be opening their first dedicated space to nurture this. The Hazan Venture Lab, named after Jonathan Hazan, a Durham University graduate and successful businessman, who generously gifted £500, 000 to support the development of the Venture Lab, will provide a specialised home for student enterprise work, to help foster and develop a community of student and graduate entrepreneurs. Managed by the Careers and Enterprise Centre, the Lab will provide business advice sessions, workshops, networking events and start-up pitching events, as well as being available for student-led groups to use.
