Loughborough University

At Loughborough University, we provide students, graduates and staff with valuable opportunities to develop practical skills and entrepreneurial knowledge.

Loughborough Enterprise Network (LEN) supports them at every stage of their journey. Whether they have an inspired idea, already have their own business or simply want to develop new skills, we connect them to a vibrant community of students, graduates, staff and established entrepreneurs to gain ‘real-life’ insight into the world of start-ups and self-employment.

At Loughborough Students’ Union (LSU), we inspire students to develop entrepreneurial skills though our ‘Skill-Up ‘workshops and grant funding programme as well as the Universities Personal Best programme of badges designed to encourage skill development that sit alongside their degree.

Our Start-Up Lab is for undergraduate entrepreneurs to meet, work and get support from our dedicated Student Enterprise Team. Here they can continue their entrepreneurial development through our Start-Up workshop programmes, grant funding and mentoring through our LEN Legends.

Our graduates and staff have access to our on campus incubator; LUinc. Situated in our Science and Enterprise Park (LUSEP). Here they can join our Accelerator Programme get access to our Venture Mentors (LVMS) of over 30 expert entrepreneurs, support for our dedicated team, office space and access to our wider network of entrepreneurs.
