University of South Wales

As a key partner within the vibrant Welsh entrepreneurship eco-system, the University of South Wales aims to inspire and support student entrepreneurship.  By delivering against the Welsh Government’s Youth Entrepreneurship Strategy, USW supports students and graduates to test, develop and start their own business, social enterprise or freelance careers both within its curriculum and through various external activities.

The Student Enterprise Team, sits within USW Careers and works across all campuses to ensure that students have the opportunity to engage in activities to develop their enterprise skills and mind-set within and alongside the curriculum.  For students and graduates with business ideas, they are able to access 1-2-1 support, funding, start-up academies, pitching opportunities and start-up space.

The Start Up webpages covers the full range of services run by Student Enterprise and Startup Stiwdio, which includes the support of the USW Enactus society and Freelancers Society.
