A new paper, “Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Educators in a Landscape of Practice: Alignment, Hybridity, and Professional Recognition,” has been published in the Journal of Management Education.
The paper explores the varied and often hybrid professional identities of enterprise and entrepreneurship educators. It examines how educators work across disciplinary, professional and institutional boundaries, while highlighting the importance of stronger professional recognition for their distinctive expertise.
The paper will be particularly relevant to EEUK members reflecting on their own professional identity and place within the wider enterprise education community.
