Applicants may structure this section thematically or narratively. Effective submissions typically:

provide concrete examples rather than general claims
demonstrate sustained practice over time appropriate to the Fellowship level
show progression, learning, and impact appropriate to the Fellowship level
integrate reflection rather than presenting reflection as an add-on

Applicants submitting via an inclusive or verbal format should ensure that equivalent coverage of all five criteria is clearly demonstrated.

Section 5: CPD and Professional Engagement

Applicants should outline their ongoing professional development and engagement with the enterprise education community. This may include:

formal CPD, training, or qualifications
engagement with professional bodies or networks
scholarship, practice-based learning, or sector activity
contributions to events, mentoring, or peer development

Assessors are looking for evidence of intentional and reflective development, proportionate to career stage and Fellowship level.

Section 6: Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

This section invites applicants to reflect on how their practice:

promotes inclusive and equitable enterprise education
supports diverse learners and stakeholders
addresses barriers to participation or progression

Applicants may also reflect on inclusive pedagogies, reasonable adjustments, ethical practice, and responsible innovation. Authentic reflection is valued over aspirational statements.

Section 7: Statements of Support

Applicants should provide supporting statements from individuals who can comment authoritatively on the applicant’s role, contribution, and impact in relation to enterprise and entrepreneurship education. Supporters should be familiar with the applicant’s practice and may come from within or beyond the applicant’s organisation.

EEUK Fellowship Terms and Conditions

1. General

The EEUK Fellowship is owned, developed, and administered by Enterprise Educators UK (EEUK). EEUK reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Fellowship programme, its processes, fees, guidance, or assessment arrangements at any time.

EEUK may withdraw Fellowship status where an individual’s conduct is considered to have brought the Fellowship or EEUK into disrepute.

2. Applications

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all required sections, supporting evidence, statements of support, and declarations are submitted in accordance with the published guidance.

Applications must be the applicant’s own work. Any evidence, quotations, or materials originating from others must be appropriately attributed.

Submission of an application does not guarantee the award of Fellowship.

3. Fees and Payment

Application fees must be paid in full before assessment can commence.

Application fees cover assessment and administration of the application only and are non-refundable once assessment has begun.

Invited resubmissions submitted within the prescribed timescale will not incur an additional fee.

4. Assessment

Applications are assessed against the published Fellowship standards, criteria, and level descriptors.

Assessment decisions are made through EEUK’s assessment and moderation processes. Applicants may be awarded the Fellowship level applied for, offered Fellowship at an alternative level, invited to revise and resubmit, or deemed unsuccessful.

The decision of EEUK following completion of the assessment and moderation process is final, subject to any appeals process published by EEUK.

5. Fellowship Recognition

Successful applicants may use the relevant Fellowship post-nominals for as long as their Fellowship status remains valid.

Fellowship recognises professional practice and contribution at the time of assessment and should not be interpreted as a professional licence, qualification, or guarantee of future performance.

6. Intellectual Property and Data

Applicants retain ownership of materials submitted in support of their application. By submitting an application, applicants grant EEUK permission to use submitted materials for assessment, moderation, quality assurance, and Fellowship administration purposes.

ETC Toolkit submissions remain subject to the terms and conditions of the ETC Toolkit.

7. Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

EEUK is committed to fair, inclusive, and equitable assessment. Alternative submission formats may be made available where appropriate and in accordance with published Fellowship guidance.

8. Acceptance

Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any associated Fellowship guidance published by EEUK.
